Any South Carolina child between the ages of 6 and 17 who has been treated for a burn injury can attend Camp 'Can' Do. There is no cost to attend camp. Camper transportation can be provided if needed.

Camper Health Form: Any type of health form will be accepted as long as: 

1) the camper does not have complex medical needs, 

2) the exam was completed on or after June 1, 2025,

3) the health form accurately describes the camper's current health,, and

4) the health form is signed by a medical provider.

Immunization Record: Complete the camper immunization question in the Camper Application. You do not need to submit an immunization record.

Camp 'Can' Do staff are volunteers connected to burns including nurses, firefighters, physicians, therapists, and burn survivors. Camp staff are required to complete an application, background check, interview, sexual abuse awareness training, and camp orientation.

We couldn’t have camp without sponsor donations. Come join the fun and experience camp with us. Sponsors will receive a personal invitation to attend a Sponsor Day at Camp ‘Can’ Do in May. Sponsor Days are - TBD. For camp security, you must RSVP to visit on Sponsor Day.

SC Burned Children's Fund sponsors are invited to camp for sponsor day. Sponsors can see first hand what their money provides for burned children. It's a fun-filled day where campers and camp staff can say "thank you" to sponsors and sponsors can enjoy the fun of camp.

Camp 'Can' Do is partnered with Camp Cole, located just outside of Columbia, SC. Camp Cole provides a safe place with unique experiences for individuals who might not typically be able to attend camp. Some camps are organized by Camp Cole, whereas some are put on by our incredible, impactful Camp Partners.
